Terms & Conditions

Most classes are limited to 12 people and at least 5 are needed to make a class. In the event of under-subscription, classes may be cancelled or re-arranged. We will give you as much notice as possible if this happens and you will be able to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.  Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of class cancellation.

If you choose to cancel a booked workshop, deposits will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel or move a class or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances including illness.

Where a course is cancelled we will contact you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy.  We regret that we cannot offer refunds or transfers on any of our workshops or courses should you cancel.  If you are booked on a workshop or course and do not turn up on the day then no refund or transfer will be given.

Transfers onto an alternative class or date are only offered under exceptional circumstances and are at the discretion of The Crafts Collective.
